She has an endless repertoire of exercises and moves the class smoothly from one exercise to the next. She gives clear and concise instructions which allow even a first timer to participate easily. Everyone in her classes enjoys her up-beat personality. She is a true asset to your teaching staff. Experience the wide variety of class formats that are offered at Spring Valley. Whether you have been healthy and fit for years or just starting out, come take part in one of our many group exercise classes. Step, Step & Sculpt, Step Beyond, Core Strength, Kick It!, Cardio Mix, Spin, Body Sculpting, Body Fit, Pilates, and Yoga. Classes involve both cardio and resistance training and are taught by certified instructors who will make you feel comfortable and motivated. Our group fitness schedule is updated on a quarterly basis with the latest developments and changes in the fitness industry. All group fitness classes are included with membership. There is no additional cost..take as many classes as you would like! For those without a membership, fitness passes, which will allow access to our fitness center AND group fitness classes can be purchased at the front desk. The cost of this pass is $99 for 12 visits.
