Group Fitness Programs
Group Exercise Classes:
Some of these classes are designed for those 50 and over. Others are designed for all age groups and fitness abilities, including those 50 and over. These group exercise classes will consist of low impact aerobics, stretching, range of motion exercises, balancing and flexibility training and health and fitness discussions.
Kathy
Hartman makes us feel so welcome and motivated. Her classes
are not only great exercise, but a wonderful social opportunity.
Each class is instructed by a Certified Group Fitness trainer who will teach proper form and correct posture in order to prevent injury. Also, you will learn how to properly weight train, build muscle, improve cardio endurance and strengthen bones in order to help prevent osteoporosis.

ACTIVE ADULT:
This low impact class is designed for Cardio conditioning choreographed
to music using the Ramp, Step or moves on the floor. This class
may incorporate some resistance training. For beginners and
all levels of fitness.

AB ATTACK: Focus on firming
and strengthening your core muscles. All fitness levels can acquire
the benefits this class has to offer. Join us before or after your
workout for 30 minutes of extra abdominal work.
Since
earning his personal trainer certificate, Charlie Sarti has matured
into a very good group fitness leader. With his friendly and welcoming
demeanor, and his attention to detail, he quickly makes newcomers
feel comfortable in his classes.
- BEACH BODY: Swimsuits scare you?! Try this workout...you
will get a head to toe workout targeting the toning the areas you
need it the most! Be prepared to sweat!
- BOOT CAMP: Anything goes...push-ups,
squats, running drills, weight lifiting!! You'll get it all, I promise!

BODYPUMP: Is a revolutionary
weight training workout in a group fitness setting, that uses barbells
with adjustable weights. Set to motivating music, BODYPUMP is a
simple, athletic based workout that strengthens, tones and defines
every major muscle group in the body.

BODYFLOW: A Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout
that builds flexibility and STRENGTH, leaving you feeling centered

CHISL'D: Want to look sculpted like a fine piece
of art?! This is the class for you! Using various resistance
tools this sculpting class will have your muscles looking long and
lean in no time!
- CORE-N-MORE: Get 60 minutes of exercises meant
to strengthen your core plus a whole lot more!

MIX IT UP!: Recent studies have shown that your
body will see the most results when you continually change your
workout. Mix-it-up will help you avoid the inevitable"plateau."
You could get anything from floor aerobics, salsa to resistance
band work. No matter what you do, you'll be doing your body a favor!
- HARD CORE INTERVALS: This class is the best of
both worlds. Get some cardiovascular exercise and some weight
training all in one. This workout will include small segments
of both. It could be stop, spin, floor, aerobics, etc, with
barbells and hand weights for the strength training part. Can't
stand the solid hour of lifting or a solid hour of cardio...then this
is the class for you!

PILATES & SCULPT: Same as above just add props
and a little more cardiovascular activity. This class is core work,
balance, flexibility and overall a total body workout! For intermediate
to advanced levels.For Pilates Sculpt/Matwork this is just an alternating
class. Example: One week you get traditional Matwork and the next
week you get Pilates Sculpt.

POWER RIDE: This 45 min ride promises to improve
your cardiovascular endurance and burn lots of calories. Bring a
towel and water bottle. Be prepared to sweat! For intermediate
to advanced spinners!

SCULPT IT!: Using a height adjustable bench this
workout promises to deliver high intensity cardio followed by resistance
training with weights and bands. For intermediate to advanced levels
of fitness. For Salsa/Step-n-Sculpt add Latin based floor exercises
in addition to everything mentioned above.
SPIN: Come on in and enjoy the ride. This class
will make you feel refreshed, centered and strong!
- STEP INTERVALS:Use the height adjustable bench
with small segments of weight training.
- SUPER SPIN: Grab a water bottle and a towel.
This "super-charged" spin class promisees to burn tons of
calories and be loads of fun! Sunrise Spin
is the same just an hour earlier!
- YOGA FIT:A yoga class focusing on the physical
benefits of yoga. Class includes basic standing, sitting, and
lying poses, breathing exercises and relaxation. Modifications
offered to accommodate all fitness levels.

*YOGA VINYASA 1: Physical Yoga moving slowly between
less complex poses, breathing in rhythm, combined with stretching
poses. For Yoga Flow combine these principals with a more flowing
practice from one move to the next.
- ZUMBA: Dance imspired moves will get you sweaty
without you evn knowing it! Ditch the workout and join the party!!
- ZUMBA TONING: Very much like regular Zumba
but with a special emphasis on muschle endurance. You will use
small hand weights or tining sticks to sculpt your body in ways you
never thought possible!
