Welcome To Spring Valley Athletic Club. We offer a wide variety of youth, adult & senior programming designed to enhance a healthy lifestyle. So get your family and come out and visit our family!

Experience the wide variety of class formats that are offered at Spring Valley. Whether you have been healthy and fit for years or just starting out, come take part in one of our many group exercise classes. Step, Step & Sculpt, Step Beyond, Core Strength, Kick It!, Cardio Mix, Spin, Body Sculpting, Body Fit, Pilates, and Yoga.

Monday thru Thursday – 5:30 am to 10 pm
Friday – 5:30 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday – 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday – 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
